Craniosacral Retreat

Finding Your Stillpoint

is the body’s intelligence becoming obvious.

Robert F. Harris guides a weekend of craniosacral stillpoint work for rest, release, and nervous system balance.

“The therapist gently follows the body and begins unwinding or unravelling the constrained pain or dysfunction… the release can follow its unique journey answering the needs of the body, mind, and spirit.”

Alix McLaughlin & Robert Harris
The Invitation

Let the body stop arguing with itself.

There is a kind of healing that does not come from forcing, fixing, or improving yourself. It begins when the body is met with enough precision and kindness that it no longer has to defend its tension.

Robert F. Harris, Canada’s leading teacher of Craniosacral Therapy, will guide participants into the direct experience of the stillpoint: a gentle therapeutic state where habitual holding can soften and the nervous system can return to basic sanity.

The body slows down. Breath becomes less managed. Old patterns begin to unwind in their own time.

Through hands-on craniosacral methods, therapeutic stillpoints, and practical self-care tools, this retreat explores restoration through gentleness rather than force. Participants will work with spinal and thoracic release exercises, nervous system regulation, and methods for the neck and lower back. The retreat also includes instruction in the use of Becalm Balls and BackBalls for continued practice at home.
