Fully Being — A path of awareness, healing and insight

We are fortunate to welcome Adam Kane, Tsoknyi Rinpoche’s primary translator and a senior Fully Being facilitator, for a 4-day meditation retreat at Dorje Denma Ling.

This retreat will be an experiential journey through the Fully Being path.

Rooted in the deep wisdom tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, the Fully Being curriculum was developed by modern meditation master Tsoknyi Rinpoche, known for being playful, practical and profound.

Based on a unique vision of what a healthy human being looks like, Fully Being is authentic yet refreshingly accessible.

Over the course of this retreat, Adam will guide participants through meditation practice, experiential exercises and discussion.

You will be invited to reconnect with the ‘four natural homes’ of a healthy human being: grounded energy—the home of the body, essence love—the home of the feeling world, natural clarity—the home of the mind, the mere I—the home of the healthy sense of self.

Why Attend this Retreat

  • Learn how to drop unnecessary tension and over-thinking.
  • Practice gentle vase breathing, a way to work with stress and relax into groundedness.
  • Experience Handshake practice, a natural and uncontrived way of healing imprints and patterns of reactivity.
  • Rediscover essence love—a basic OKness at the heart of the feeling world.
  • Recognize natural clarity, a way to settle and unify the mind in the present.
  • Explore the mere I — a playful, functional and healthy sense of self

Who May Attend

This retreat is open to all. Whether you are new to meditation or have years of experience, this retreat offers practical tools for meeting emotions, relating to thoughts, and living with greater ease and authenticity.

Newcomers will receive an introduction to a comprehensive and embodied spiritual path. Experienced meditators will deepen their practice of embodiment, awareness and insight.
