Limitless Gate Taoism: Qigong Level 3 Review Session

Monday, July 24 from 9 am – 12 pm
This 3 hour review session is for those who have successfully completed Limitless Gate Taoism Qigong Level 3.
It is not a substitute for the full Level 3 program, and it is not open to those who have completed Level 1/2 only.
What to Expect
In this workshop we will review the postures and techniques of breath regulation for specific health needs, such as improving knee and hip mobility, flexibility of tendons and ligaments, aligning the spine, stimulating bone marrow growth, and strengthening qi stored in the internal organs.
Who Should Attend
Only those who have completed Limitless Gate Taoism Qigong Level 3 may attend.
REGISTRATION NOTE FOR QIGONG LEVELS 1-2 WEEKEND PARTICIPANTS: Do not register here. If you have completed Level 3 and you wish to stay for the workshop, please visit the Guest Services desk to register, or email info@dorjedenmaling.com. We will adjust your current Guest Statement to reflect the additional night of accommodation and attendance at the Level 3 Session.

Donna began studying with Dr. Eva Wong in 2010. She is a Zen Buddhist practitioner, taught yoga for 14 years, currently works as an ecologist and a cook, plays music, and spends her time between Southern Ontario and Nova Scotia.
