A Practice That Develops Step by Step
Limitlessgate Qigong is a Taoist practice path of health, well-being and virtue, with offerings from Xiantianwujimen Daoism. The beginning stage moves from foundational techniques for relaxing the body to practices that open us to the primordial life force of the Tao.
Each retreat builds on the last, with four qigong sessions a day and time to rest in between. Strength and flexibility, stability and agility develop together, with growing attention to the relationship between movement, qi and awareness.
Levels 1–2: relax the body, gather internal energy and guide it with self-massage. Learn a system used in repairing physical injuries and enhancing muscular-skeletal strength.
Level 3: strengthen bones, joints and organs with the Hua Tu animals and breath practices
Level 4: balance external and internal strength, with an evening of organ cleansing
Level 5: complete the Wudangshan animals and bring the full sequence together
Where Should I Begin?
New to Limitlessgate Qigong? Start with Levels 1–2, or register for the full series. No previous experience is needed.
Continuing your practice? Each level requires completion of the levels before it:
- Level 3: Levels 1–2
- Level 4: Levels 1–3
- Level 5: Levels 1–4
Full-series participants meet these prerequisites as they go. If you have trained before, you can join at the level that follows your completed training, or repeat a level.
